Domestic Shipping:
The shipping charge for our products are as per the table we have
provided in our online shop. We offer next day shipping, 2nd day shipping and
standard shipping. There will be an additional charge for the shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico in additional to the ordinary shipping charges.
International Shipping not available.
When will our products be delivered:
Orders are processed within 24 business hours and generally within one to two
business days the order is packed and shipped. The speed of the delivery will
depend on the shipping you have chosen – Next day, second day or standard
shipping. All standard shipping should be generally delivered with in 5 – 10

We want you to be delighted with your purchases! Sometimes that means taking a
chance on a new color or style and sometimes it just doesn't work out. If
you're not satisfied with an item, for any reason, just return it for a full
refund of the purchase price (Must be new, unworn and in original packaging).
It's that easy! We always suggest using our measurement chart for the correct
measurement for various sizes to avoid returns with regard variance in sizes.
Return Policy:
Our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with the product for any
reason, just the return the item to us for a full refund. The item being
returned should be in the original package with the tags not removed. It should
not have been worn or washed. No item will be exchanged or returned after 30
days. Before returning, contact us at customer.service@ssiscrubs.com for an
authorization number to be included with the return package. We don’t pay for
the return shipments and can accept the products only from the original
purchaser and the refund processed to the original purchaser’s credit card
only.

All cancellations or modifications to an order must be made over the phone (281
